Visiting Grand Rapids Michigan?

I found this amazing visitors guide to Grand Rapids, MI at a yard sale today! Grand Rapids is a pretty big city a couple hours away from my little town of Owosso, and apparently in 1968, the night life was SWINGIN'! Seriously, what happened to the days of all-you-can-eat smorgasbords, cheesy lounge acts, cocktails, and go-go dancer waitresses? I really need to find a time machine so I can escape this modern day sports bar horror show!!!!

I love this! The copious use of quotation marks, the 2 tone green and black or brown and black tinted printing...the illustrations and those go-go girls! I for realsies want that bee-hive with ponytail hair do. Seriously. This is a great find! I would have loved to be one of the illustrators/layout people for brochures like this. It seems way more fun that the modern versions I make at work now!
